Position: Electronic Engineer with specialization in Electronic Computation from the Institute of Mathematical Sciences and Statistics of São Carlos of USP and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP. He is Professor of Informatics and Health at the Federal University of São Paulo. He was a visiting researcher at Utrecht University, Holland and the University of Southern California, USA. He is the current Director of the Medical Informatics Service of Instituto do Coração of Hospital das Clínicas of FMUSP.
