Position: Physician graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo (FMUSP). Cardiovascular surgeon, with basic residency in general surgery at the Hospital das Clínicas (HC-FMUSP) and specialized residency at the Heart Institute (InCor-HC-FMUSP). PhD in Morphofunctional Sciences: Structure and Ultra-Structure from the Anatomy Department of the Biomedical Sciences Institute, University of São Paulo (ICB-USP). He taught at the Anatomy Department of ICB-USP and at the Bauru Medical School (FOB-USP). He is an integral member of the Commission for Follow-up and Monitoring of Medical Schools (CAMEM). Secretary of the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists (2019-2024). )
