In addition to the libraries of the Faculty of Medicine and the University of São Paulo, with virtual and classroom access, the Program has its own library in Anesthesiology whose collection was acquired and expanded with development resources or donations. This library is supervised by a librarian and allows broad access to specific databases to perform bibliographic research. The students, teachers and researchers have access to the portal CAPES in laboratories and libraries. By the Ovid platform it is also possible to connect to CAPES Journals and the Brazilian Society of Anesthesiology Library, which provides specialized journals. Besides CAPES Journals, virtual access encompasses other bibliographic databases available in the University reaching almost all journals related to the Lines of Research developed in the program. Any unavailable reference may be requested in-person or by e-mail to the institutional libraries.

Some computers available in the library program have software for managing references (EndNote or Mendley) and statistical analysis (SPSS).
